Any products/services sold by TrackMate are sold subject to the condition that they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, re-sold, hired out or otherwise circulated without the prior consent of TrackMate in any form of binding or cover other than that in which it is published and without a similar condition including this condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser.

Use of the racing data provided by TrackMate are under the following conditions:

a. all Pre-Race Data may only be used for the user’s personal use and the distribution, onward supply, sub-licensing or other commercial exploitation of any of the Pre-Race Data is prohibited;
b. use of the Pre-Race Data is at the sole risk of the user;

TrackMate reserves the right, without liability, to change or alter code and algorithms associated with our ratings, regardless of website or platform, at any time without reason or notice.

FREE TRIALS:

Free trials are only available once per user. Subsequent registrations for a free trial will result in a limited account until the end of the trial or the account is upgraded, whichever happens first.

PRICES:

Price on the sites are shown exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). Purchases made from EU countries will be charged VAT at the relevant rate.

REFUNDS:

Since TrackMate is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the Customers are able to cancel subscriptions in their account page. Any subscription cancellation will take effect immediately and the subscription cancelled. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing membership on our site.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime before the next subscription payment and therefore we do not issue refunds on subscription payments.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

INDEMNITY:
